We always have a good time and tonight was no exception. Michelle came on to tell us about the Cannabis University events coming to Denver. We also went over very many news stories relating to marijuana. Rod and Randy came on the mic to serenade McKenna. If you don’t laugh, you need therapy. If you don’t laugh, are you out of pot?

Thankfulness

I was recently laid off from my job at a small internet advertising company. Today is my second day unemployed and all I can think about is finding a new job. Hopefully I will not be out of work too long, it may result in finding a card board box to inhabit. In this wavering economy it is difficult for people to find things to be thankful for. Many of us have felt the economic crunch and some are in such bad shape they cannot afford to feed themselves.

In such down trodden times it is important to remain positive and optimistic, therefore I would like to share with you this list of things I am thankful for.

1. My Friends and Family (duh)

2. The dollar menu at Wendy’s

3. Lower gas prices

4. Netflix

5.Top Ramen

6. The internet (free entertainment)

7. My health

8. Pot smokers because they are usually mellow and happy no matter what and generous enough to smoke me up when I’m not holding

9. Cute things such as puppies, some babies and minature candy bars

10. The Marijuana Radio crew, my second family

I am also thankful for the MJR fans and supporters, without you we would cease to exist. Thanks for always being there for us, I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Travis, Harvest Cup 2nd and 3rd Winner

Tonight’s show can be described as great and having moments that were over the top. The studio once again felt like the cultural epicenter of the movement. We were joined early on by Travis, the master grower who placed 2nd and 3rd in the Harvest Cup for his two strains Pisan Purple Passion and Tangerine. Sam Tallent brought some funny updating us on Gary Busey. The rest of the show we talked about our fun weekend at Safer’s Marijuana Boot Camp and the Harvest Cup.

High Society and Danny Danko

Pack your bowls for this extra long episode. We started out the night by saying hello to Erik and Stephanie from the stoner flick High Society. Next up we said hello to Mike Carroll, a medical marijuana patient with an amazing story. Later on High Times Senior Cultivation Editor Danny Danko came on the phone to keep us company. Sam Tallent joined us for a bit on the microphone to talk about Celebrity Rehab and Gary Busey. Derek from North Colorado Green Cross also came on the mic and said hello to tell us about the Medical Marijuana Harvest Cup at the Mishawaka. The studio was packed with revelers and hazy with a most lovely smell.

Election Day!

This very special show features a political race between McKenna, DanK and Paul the Producer for President of the station. This show features a debate between these three and their respective running mates, Dick Black, Niles and Jesse! You must tune in to see who won. In perhaps our longest ever radio offering, local activist Tiny cam on the phone to say hello and update us on his political aspirations. CelebStoner’s Steve Bloom came on to give us the celebrity gossip. Greg from Front Range Norml also joined us to promote the amazing cannabis cup coming up. Thinking we’d wind up alone for the night, we wound up instead having a studio full of election day revelers. They helped to produce a skunky smell in the studio. There was a very special preshow that was lost because the computer crashed. However, fret not, the regular show may be the longest we’ve ever done, and should give you the Marijuana Radio fix that you’re looking for.
